Problem building kdegraphics3 port on FreeBSD

I am running FBSD and having trouble getting
kdegraphics3 port compiled. I am having experiencing a
problem identical to the one detailed here (no sense
in retyping)

The difference is that I am compiling version 3.4.0
rather than 3.2.1. No one responded to this m8 & I
have not found any solutions for this online. Can
