As you can see from that report, the problem isn't in kdegraphics at all, but 
in the openmotif port.

That port is not maintained by the KDE/FreeBSD packagers, so it's a bit out of 
scope for us. I would suggest sending a bug-report against 
x11-toolkits/open-motif to the FreeBSD ports system ("man send-pr" will help 
you there)
