binary patch for KDE 3.4.3 IA32/AMD32

Hi.

I have uploaded patch KDE20060214-01. This patch is available for 
IA32/AMD32 only.

This patch adds Xine playback support for Microsoft *.wmv and *.avi 
files.

This Xine plugin requires that you install the win32 codecs 
in /usr/lib/win32. These codecs can be easily found on, and 
downloaded from, the 'Net.

There is no corresponding UltraSPARC patch at this time.
