Sure, you will need:
~/.kde/share/config/kresources/

And:
Calendar, ToDo and Journal: ~/.kde/share/apps/korganizer/std.ics
Contacts: ~/.kde/share/apps/kabc/std.vcf and appropriate folders.
Agregator: ~/.kde/share/apps/akregator
