Kontact Summary View keeps changing

I've recently upgraded to KDE 4 by upgrading to Kubuntu 9.04 and have noticed 
that the order of the plugins in the summary view keeps changing. For example, 
New Mail could be on the right - where I want it - or it could move to the 
left.

Is this something I can fix?
