Saving sent emails

Dear all,

Is there a way to be prompted to save a copy of email while sending to a 
particular folder?  Currently all my sent messages are for a good reason in 
the Sent folder, but I'd rather prefer to have sent message in same thematic 
sub-folders I've created as for the incoming messages.
