Thank you.  Anne had sent me a private e-mail with the information.

I'm picking away at getting my development environment setup.  As I
plan on doing on my testing in a Virtual Machine (VM), I stood up a VM
yesterday afternoon and I've svn'd the trunk and git'd Qt.  Then work
came back and needed attention.  :)

Initially I plan on compiling Kmail and ensuring it runs fine in
my VM.  I'll set up a bogus account for it to POP/SMTP.  Next, I'll
make a silly change and ensure I can `see it'  Then I'll look at the
above link and `get involved.' 

It may take me a while to contribute because I have my regular
consulting job but during boring moments, I may do some coding.  :)

I'll join the developer's e-mail list and lurk for a while until I'm
ready to contribute.
