Empty folders after migration

Hi,

I installed opensuse 12.1 yesterday and had my kmail accounts automatically migrated. It failed on the first try but then I started the kmail-migrator tool by hand and it seemed to work.

Now I see my accounts and my folder structure. However I see no mails! The mails are still in /home/me/Mail and there is an akonadi_mixedmaildir_resource in akonadiconsole. But the folders are still empty. 

what could be wrong?
