I am using the above displaying a standard calendar plus holidays (boxes 
'Standardkalender' and 'Feiertage' checked).  When I print the monthly 
calendar holidays are not displayed even though they appear clearly in the 
calendar window.  It doesn't matter whether I'm using a real printer or 
converting the calendar output into a PDF file.

Any ideas?
