  As I said earlier.
Seems the Find code is not doing a general 'find search string in
To/From field' - as it should - but is checking for a match to the
'pre-@' component of To/From.

In my case it does work on individual folders.
  (This is KMail 4.8.2 in Mageia-2-Cauldron.)
