It was more aimed at Rainer, as I use Firefox as well.=20 I did some quick testing to see if it was just kmail that opens tabs in=20 foreground in Chrome. Both Obsidian and LibreOffice do the same, so it look= s=20 like it might not be a kmail specific issue but a chrome issue (it was one = of=20 the reasons I gave up using chrome, among others). There are some extension= s=20 to stop Chrome forcing opening in the foreground.=20 However, I'm not a developer of browser stuff so don't know. Hopefully one = of=20 the developers will respond to the bug at some stage when they have time. =2D-=20 Regards Scott Newton On Monday, 21 April 2025 1:56:53=E2=80=AFpm New Zealand Standard Time Garry= T.=20 Williams wrote: > On Sunday, April 20, 2025 4:46:48=E2=80=AFPM Eastern Daylight Time Scott >=20 > Newton wrote: > > Out of interest do you have browser.tabs.load_Diverted_InBackground > > set to true as well? >=20 > I assume you are addressing me with that question even though you > replied to Rainer's message, not mine. >=20 > I use Google Chrome, not Firefox.
