No need to flame you, I think you are partial right.
I think you are complete right wen you are talking about a woman's only list.
And maybe it is a idea to make it clear if there is a sort of topic on a list, 
of a off-topic list. etc.
It will make myself a lot comfortable, but on every list, it is nice to know 
to whom you are talking.
