It doesn't bother me that men are probably on the list as well, I'll say 
anything in front of any gender :)

One thing (that you've probably thought of) that may be an "important" factor 
is that we'd reduce the size of the list, and depending on the goal/focus of 
the list, that may be a detriment.  If we have more people, then there's a 
larger knowledge base for newbies to ask questions of.  

Again, this may not be a factor depending on the goal of the list.  If the 
list is primarily to form a community (not a help desk community) of women, 
then my concern is completely unvalid.  If we want to focus on helping other 
women get started with linux or kde, then we may want to keep the men around.
