Summary: Centipede documentation enhancements

Initial Comment:
The main doc page should have some links that address 
common use cases such as:

- Building a project with dependent libraries (i.e. the nifty 
new 'depend' element in the module.xml file).

- Bulding a project that produces multiple jars.

- Troubleshooting.

- A bit more about the commonly used cents such as 
Javadoc, UML doclet, JUnit, and JDepend.
