Summary: Split metrics xdocs into smaller files

Initial Comment:
My checkstyle_errros.xml is 1.67 Meg

This causes coocon do run out of memory.
It would also be much to large to view iin a browser.
Checkstyle should create a detail file for each class.

Initial split for checkstyle is working. But now it needs
lots of love.
In particular it needs:
-Fix display name of file
-Fix title etc of file docs
-Fix package.html error list.
