i added a blank page under 'Axis Charts' for the axis label rotation.  The directory structures
are a bit screwy in there right now as Forrest makes it difficult, or perhaps my understanding of
forrest makes it difficult, but I hope this helps.

If you have Forrest installed, check things out from cvs, and issue an: 'ant website' command in
the krysalis-jcharts directory, it will build the entire site under the: './build/site' directory.

This also generates all the images used in the User Guide, and some of the samples on the website.
