Checkstyle cent version

Hi all:
 
I have currently been using the checkstyle cent available at the website with Centipede and it works fine. However, I was wondering if it is posssible to use the new version of checkstyle as a cent (v3.0 or 3.1)??? Can I simply use the checkstyle.jar or some other jar file? What do I need to do to use that as a cent?
