you can use

IF aclfgl_sendfile_to_ui(mi_pdf)

THEN DISPLAY "fantastico"

CALL aclfgl_client_execute(mi_pdf)

END IF

The file will be transfered to the temp directory of the PC and then
the VDC will pass the file from there to the client operating system
for call the viewer or what is defined as the normal application on
your PC to display it.
