This is really exciting. But I have 3 questions:

1.I was thinking in terms of thin client replacements. But my son Marc 
says that the board has no have a VGA output (using HDMI) instead.
Is that so?
2. If so, do the current generation of monitors have HDMI inputs?

3. Can you really run something like PostgreSQL9 on SD. I understand 
that they have a limited number of writes then they die. Is that no 
longer so?

Now all we need is to get PostgreSQL 9.x up and running on pi so we can
have one pi unit be a warm replicated standby for the other! ;-)

Seriously, I can see an immediate use for a timeclock app we have to
replace a PC at low cost. Eliminate the GUI and boot directly to a shell
control loop that will launch (and restart if required) the timeclock
barcode/badge scanner app.

Mike, how about the same on those cheap low mem/power Droid tablets?
Have you tried building in that env?
