See below for the excuses! To answer your questions: The place to ask is on the aubit4gl list. Mike Aubury is the mainspring behind the project. In the beginning, there was work on outputs other than C, e.g. perl but the personnel involved have drifted away. There are special difficulties associated with HTML mostly to do with the efficiency of round trip messages between front end and back end. Other applications such as Ruby on Rails attend to these and that may be the better path for you to follow. Having said that, I know Karl Rumph of Malaga runs a business relying on HTML and Aubit4gl. He may be a better person to talk to.
