Insert and delete rows in input array

Hi group. I am trying (without success) to make unavailable for my users the option for DELETE/INSERT rows into an INPUT ARRAY I try INPUT ARRAY myarray FROM myscreenrecord.* ATTRIBUTES(INSERT ROW=FALSE,DELETE ROW=FALSE), also i am trying to use BEFORE INSERT CANCEL INSERT and BEFORE DELETE CANCEL DELETE, but always is possible to insert a new row or delete one and of course the options are shown on screen. I need that the input array has as many rows as originally displayed (no more, nor less), and if it is possible the options be unavailable (or hidden at least) on screen. What have i to do to get what i need in this case? Thanks a lot.
