We should have all the Informix ones - and a few of our own. They should be in the manual - but here are some of the ones defined in the ./incl/a4gl_builtin_funcs.h header file : int aclfgl_aclfgl_printfile_to_ui(int a); int aclfgl_aclfgl_call_in_shared(int a) ; int aclfgl_aclfgl_file_exists(int n); int aclfgl_fgl_grid_header(int n); int aclfgl_fgl_file_to_client(int _nargs); int aclfgl_fgl_message_box(int _nargs); int aclfgl_aclfgl_client_execute(int _nargs); int aclfgl_aclfgl_client_set(int _nargs); int aclfgl_aclfgl_embed_barcode (int _nargs); int aclfgl_aclfgl_expand_env_vars_in_cmdline(int n); int aclfgl_aclfgl_flushinp (int n); int aclfgl_aclfgl_get_connection_username(int a) ; int aclfgl_aclfgl_get_construct_element(int n) ; int aclfgl_aclfgl_get_pdf_encoding(int n); int aclfgl_aclfgl_get_sql_requirement(int n); int aclfgl_aclfgl_get_stack_trace(int n); int aclfgl_aclfgl_get_user(int n); int aclfgl_aclfgl_getclientfile(int _nargs); int aclfgl_aclfgl_getcwd (int a); int aclfgl_aclfgl_parse_csv(int nparam); int aclfgl_aclfgl_random(int n) ; int aclfgl_aclfgl_read_pipe(int nargs); int aclfgl_aclfgl_replace_in_string(int n); int aclfgl_aclfgl_replace_start(int nargs); int aclfgl_aclfgl_set_color (int _nargs); int aclfgl_aclfgl_set_pdf_encoding(int n); int aclfgl_aclfgl_setenv(int n); int aclfgl_aclfgl_split_on_delimiter (int n); int aclfgl_aclfgl_trim_nl(int n); int aclfgl_aclfgl_walk_pointers (int n); int aclfgl_fgl_exitfm(int n); int aclfgl_aclfgl_flush_ui(int n); int aclfgl_fgl_winmessage(int n); int aclfgl_fgl_system(int n); int aclfgl_fgl_fglgui(int n); int aclfgl_aclfgl_delete_file(int n); Just remember - we 'aclfgl_' as a prefix on all our function names automatically (there is a command line option to change this) - so when you see a definition of : aclfgl_aclfgl_file_exists it is just "aclfgl_file_exists" when called from 4gl On 21 December 2012 22:18, Horacio Villanueva <[email protected]> wrote: > Thanks! > > That work for me > vc_ano=TODAY USING "yy" > > > There's a functions reference manual for aubit somewhere? > > > Note: I take the string stuff from here (google): > http://www.schemaresearch.com/products/srtransport/doc/4gl/reference.html > > -regards- > > > ---------- Forwarded message ---------- > From: Mike Aubury <[email protected]> > Date: Fri, Dec 21, 2012 at 2:54 PM > Subject: Re: [Aubit4gl-discuss] aclfgl_substr ERROR > To: Horacio Villanueva <[email protected]> > Cc: Aubit Discussion <[email protected]> > > > To my knowledge - there is no builtin 4gl 'substr' function in Informix4GL > or Aubit4GL... > > You normally use something like: > > let vc_ano=somecharvar[3,5] > > Perhaps the code you are converting had its own definition of a substr > function ? > (it would certainly be trivial to write on) > > Although - in your case - perhaps just vc_ano=TODAY USING "yy" would be > simpler anyway ? > > > > > > > On 21 December 2012 20:17, Horacio Villanueva <[email protected]> wrote: > >> Hi Guys, >> >> I'm trying to use 4gl SUBSTR() function on aubit4gl, but when I compile >> the code get this error: >> >> captura_venta.ao: In function `aclfgl_captura_venta': >> captura_venta.c:(.text+0x80d): undefined reference to `aclfgl_substr' >> collect2: ld returned 1 exit status >> >> So...
