We should have all the Informix ones - and a few of our own.

Just remember - we 'aclfgl_' as a prefix on all our function names
automatically (there is a command line option to change this) - so when you
see a definition of :

aclfgl_aclfgl_file_exists

it is just "aclfgl_file_exists" when called from 4gl
