4GL Dummy Question : Multi Lingual application

Hi,
I am checking if I could use Aubit 4 GL to replace my existing Xbase
application.
I managed to get the compiler installed, run "Hello World" and connect
to my database from a simple 4GL program.
I have read in the mean time the introduction on 4GL from informix
(informix 4gl concepts and use) and will be starting the INFORMIX-4GL by
Example.
What I can not find is how to make screens multilingual based on the
users profile.
In my current Xbase program I had created a simple translation of field
labels via the database.
E.g. when I needed to show a field label I had something like @10,10 SAY
TR("FieldName").
This displayed the translated fieldname based on the language setting of
the user that was currently logged in into the application and the
screen involved.
Can this be simulated in a form definition of 4GL ?
If not via a database function, can it work with resource files ?
