Last know working distro?

I need to resurect an old 4gl application and have run into some issues.

I believe I've narrowed down my problem to a change with the posgres includes. I don't expect anyone to spend time to get this working. If I can get a combination of a linux distro and version that will compile and run I will be happy.
What I have run into is everywhere I pass a variable to a function and use that in a CONSTRUCT it fails when it opens the cursor. I get a .warn file when I do the compile. I'll include it if anyone is interested in what I'm seeing.
