Dear I-4GL/BDS fellow developers,
As you are all great developers and databases users (IBM Informix for
most but also Oracle, Microsoft and many others), we thought you would
find interest in a data designer tool such as *Awoma ThinStructure DB
Studio*.
URL: http://www.awoma.com/dbstudio
Awoma ThinStructure DB Studio is a complete and intuitive tool to access
databases. It allows you addition, deletion and modification of data and
metadata. It includes a SQL editor with code completion, based on your
data and database vendor and many other features. It works with almost
all databases (see list below). It is available both as a standalone
product or as an Eclipse plug-in. It runs on Windows, Linux, most Unix...
And you know the best part of it? It's free!
I know that some of you always need to make Windows more Unix-lie. You
may consider Awoma SysTools, a complete set of Unix command line tools
for Windows, which is also free... (http://www.awoma.com/systools).
We hope to see you soon on the awoma.org forum
Regards to all,
Jean Georges
