Data type TEXT

Hi,

We are using 4js window four end version 3.50.1a.  I need help as I need to 
create a field with data type TEXT and using the attribute PROGRAM.

Example in the INFORMIX 4gl book.
eg. f010 = personnel.resume, WORDWRAP, PROGRAM = "vi".

What and how to change in order to use the TEXT data type and to call 
Microsoft office word?
