FW: Genero question

Hello,
 
We are about to move to Genero.  I like to know how easy to print
pictures on report or display pictures on screen if I am using Genero.
Any difference if I store pictures in database or in a folder
(directory)?  I have a project need to allow users to upload pictures
from their local pc to the server, enter description for each picture,
link it to a specification sheet, and able to print sheet out to a
printer and to a PDF file. 
 
Currently we are using Four J's Web Front End - Application Server
Version 3.50.00.10 and Four J's Dynamic Virtual Machine Version
3.50.01.05.  We have users using Windows Front End and Web Front End.
If we are updated to Genero, how much work we need to do before the
system got back to normal (working)?
