in our V7.R1 we have SF99572 PTF Group installed  27; i have check this in the Ibm i customer  ? true ??

for this i mean firewall like razlee (https://www.razlee.com/) or similare that add exit point for avoid dangerous connection

Hi all

i'm new in this forum and i new in Java; i have installed a program in our Ibm i and it works fine. I have installed the same program in another Ibm i (customer Ibm i)  and when i run it i receive this error:


com.ibm.as400.access.ConnectionDroppedException: Connection was dropped unexpectedly.

at com.ibm.as400.access.DDMDataStream.construct(DDMDaraStream.java:92)

at com.ibm.as400.access.ClassDecoupler.constructDDMDataStream(ClassDecoupler.java:281)

at com.ibm.as400.access.AS400ThreadServer.run(AS400ThreadServer.java:361)

at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:785)


can some one help me understand whic could be the problem


it seem that when the Java program try to open/read a Ibm i file (PF-DTA) go on error ...


possible caused from authorization  or some Ibm i Firewall ??
