My code is retrieving the generated PCML from the compiled object, so the 
assumption is that it's valid.  The only thing that I'm doing is retrieving the 
PCML and returning a ProgramCallDocument object that can then be used to call 
the programs that were retrieved from.

This way you don't have to construct the PCML by hand. Essentially it's 
externally described PCML.
