Sounds to me like your SQL Session object has become damaged and that 
causes an exception handler loop hence the CPF2524 exception. The 
recovery for this message is "Report this problem to IBM" so what did 
they say?

As far as I recall Craig's utility used DMPSYSOBJ to print the session 
contents and then parsed the spooled file to extract the data. If so 
then it will have the same problem.

I think your SQL session is gone. You may have to delete the session 
object to allow ISQL to start functioning again.
