  This is easily available in RPG.

-  You can get the device feedback info from the INFDS.
-  Put a timeout value on the DSPF.
-  Within the timeout limit, if CFxx is pressed close and reopen DSPF 
without the timeout value, moving to the next panel.  If CFyy is 
pressed close and reopen DSPF without the timeout value, redisplaying 
the current panel.

  If you want to get really fancy you can use the DSM APIs, but I 
really don't think it's warranted in this case.
