Hello all,

Here are twelve points on how I would like to proceed with the JEDI
homepage. Comments are welcome, volunteers are welcome as well.

Oliver and Michael already volunteered to help with the new homepage.
Every helping hand is welcome.

The website project
===================

0. Decide if we want to continue with the XOOPS website or build
something new.

1. Add a link to the www.delphi-jedi.org which explains where the new
homepage is and why people should visit it :-)

2. Contact Dominique Louis and negotiate something regarding the JEDI
SDL website (add it to the homepage, move it to jedi/jsdl as
standalone site or move it to sourceforge).

3. Contact George Birbilis and negotiate something regarding the
QuickTime website (add it to the homepage, move it to jedi/quicktime
as standalone site or move it to sourceforge).

4. Contact Alan Moore and negotiate something regarding the Darth
website (add it to the homepage, move it to jedi/darth as standalone
site or move it to sourceforge).

5. Decide what to do with the API Library: Keep it as is. Move current
stuff to JEDI-APILib and remove the old contributions/move it in an
archive etc.

6. Decide what to with "Converting APIs"
Keep it, rewrite it, remove it... etc.

7. The API Pack spec is somewhat outdated
(http://www.delphi-jedi.org/APIPACKSPEC).
Keep it, rewrite it, remove it... etc.

8. Tools, outdated. http://www.delphi-jedi.org/API_TOOLS

9. JEDIX: http://www.delphi-jedi.org/VOYJEDI. Somewhat outdated.

10. Jedi Education. Status unknown.
http://www.delphi-jedi.org/KBASEEDUCATION.
Most likely dead. Either remove that stuff or find someone who takes
over. WebDolphin had some pretty good tutorials etc.

11. http://www.delphi-jedi.org/VOYVOYAGER. Either move it to the new
homepage, or remove the articles.

Robert M. already volunteered for points 2 and 3 :-)

I feel that the decision about 5, 6, 7 and 8 should go into the hands
of the API Team (Marcel (both), Oliver, Robert, Rudy and all other
volunteers)

- Matthias
