Congratulations, Alan. Usually only dictators get such a high support rate ;-) ... on the other hand they have higher participation in the polls as well :-P
Be a benevolent dictator for the next year.

One point of criticism which I did not want to bring up before the end of the election. Although I simply would not have the time to take any position in JEDI steering, I was a little ridiculed by this sentence in one of your previous mails:

"Candidates have to show support of at least two JEDI members and one
Steering Team member, before they go on the ballot"

Basically this looks as if the JEDI *steering* wants to recruit only people from among themselves.
