Good luck with such a massive undertaking.

Crystal does expose almost all (if not all) of the infomation in a report
via COM.
The solution depends on what you mean by move the reports to Delphi.

It might be possible to create a quickreport (for example) that has the
identical field layouts and produce datasets
that obtain the same data.
The problem that remains is extracting some of the possibly non-trivial
logic from code in the
crystal report. In my experience any non-trivial crystal report will require
substantial embedded scripts, which will
be difficult to convert.
