again convert crystal report

My problem is regarding the possibility of converting an rpt into
code file written in Delphi. I mean I have the rpt and want to know
how to extract a code from it(the code should be written in any
language). For instance I can reproduce the CR code in delphi writing
code for each sections creating all labels, etc. but thinking to the
fact that when the rpts were created, for one piece the time
estimated was about 3 days, and they are really very difficult
containing many subreports and so(all rpts were created by a group of
programmers) than I estimate the re-creation of about 300 rpts would
take about 3*300 days -- I would better retire :). I want to find an
algorithm of conversion, where I introduce the rpt's path and after
pressing a button the application would return the code(doesn't
matter the language I can handle many lang.)
If you have a clue about it please share with me a code sample.
Any suggestion is welcome.

Bye.
