If I follow Helen's description it is. And there is not any developer
on JEDI, which can do more, than Helen describe.

I can detect a new facade over the old stuff only.

With few exceptions, ...

Developer Network (CodeCentral) and JEDI+ API.

To use Helen's vocabulary, JEDI API Library has hijacked other
websites to lies the visitors about new stuff. The additions are
neither created by JEDI, nor donated by the developer.

But there is not any developer on JEDI to utilize the informations.
Together with the hijack, you try to take away the real developer
the possibility to improve his work by qualified bug reports, you harm
his reputation, because if a user download the conversion by JEDI and
post a bug or issue there, the real developer will don't be informed.

JIL was withdraw official 2003-03-12 (<[email protected]>). It
is not a JEDI project with the meaning of JEDI Steering. Maybe it
would be restarted as JEDI+ project, but this is not very probably.

And please note the statement of Mister Marquardt follow below, as well without any
contradiction from JEDI Steering. Rather Alan have confirmed a
similarly Posting from him later:
"You are not part of Project Jedi and you will never become a part of
it." (<[email protected]>).

To be a project leader of a JEDI project and not to be a part of JEDI
is a inconsistence. JEDI Steering need to decide himself.

The lack of API Library is a further circumstantial evidence for my
assertion, that this project is dead.

Bye Peter.
