kylix3 gives internal error

when i press f9 to run a simple kylix application it gives this error

Error XPR-3084
an at the error title libdbd.so.1 is written

when i uncheck integrated debugging it does not give the error but i need
debugging :-)
is there any clue!

system: suse 8.2
kylix version 3

any help will be appreciated!
