I mean the dbcontrols.dpk (tgz) that use to be at 
http://www.ubicum.it/aposoft/download/dbcontrols.tgz

this dpk is used to register de db components of freeclx dbclx 
DBEdit, DBText, DBComboBox etc.. this package registers this 
components at the palette
