TStringlist EFOpenError

Something strange has happened to two of our Kylix Installs here, the first is 
running Kylix2 Proffessional and the other is running the Open Edition of 
Kylix 3.

Both machines yesterday started throwing up EFOpenError or EFCreateError 
exceptions whenever the LoadFromFile or SaveFromFile methods of a TStringList 
are called when in step debug mode.

As far as I can tell Load/SaveFromFile works fine both when the app is run 
from the command line, or from the Kylix environment, but as soon as step 
debugging is active, exceptions are thrown.

Has anyone else seen anything like this?
