Kylix libraries required by apps

I.e. it seems that kylix libraries (and therefore our applications) depend on libstd-c++ and this libstd-c++ version differs from distribution to distribution. So basicly this is my main concern when I try to distribute my application... What do you think of this? I think I can contribute some initial rpm spec version for RedHat 7.2 and control file for Debian Woody.
