Delphi / Pro comes with (dependent on version)
   BDE - with MS SQL access driver
   ADO - MS ActiveX library, MS SQL, Oracle, IBM DB/2 have their own  
modules (providers), that are ActiveX servers for ADO
   BDP - new ADO-like library, replacing BDE

Kylix AFAIR came with MySQL driver, but Kylix is dead.
