Did you uninstall the old version before installing the new?  I had trouble 
with Kylix3 at first, but a clean install seemed to fix it.

I can't recall what the problem was (it's too early in the morning still), but 
some resource files seem to have moved between versions, and I think I was 
getting conflicts.
