Jerry, I can see your point - and my idea is certainly not intended as a
commercial app or for a commercial or governmental concern.  It was just
something I was thinking about for around the house - we probably get 10-15
telemarketing calls a day at our house - most of them hang up when the
answering machine answers, so I have a tape full of clicks and dialtones
that I have to empty daily.  Some of these telemarketers have gotten smarter
about the Caller ID data - I had one the other day from the number
210-000-0000 which may very well be a valid number but not someone I want to
talk to - other calls have the number in both the name and the number data,
so my caller ID says 210-123-4567 in two places on the same call.
