I almost 100% sure that this error has nothing to do with your application. Because, coreide70.bpl is Delphi's core IDE package and it is not used by your application. I have on occasion seen this error with Delphi 5 and Delphi 6. But, since it's related with Delphi, I simply restart Delphi, and if it starts to happen too often, I restart the computer.
