A TFrame has to be embedded in a container(TForm, TPanel, another
TFrame, etc...). A TForm, is your normal form that can be shown on its
own as a dialog box, embedded in another form MDI style, or embedded
in a container the same way a TFrame can be. Also, a TForm can be made
dockable. TFrame was only introduced in Delphi 6.
