Dll Corrupted!

Hi Frens,
I wrote a dll which exports few functions/procedures that can be called from
C/C++.  We are facing problems when freeing the library from C/C++...   when
I look at Quick View of my dll.. am damn surprised to know that my dll is
getting corrupted...
 its showing..junk values in Import table...

Import Table
            kernel32.dll

Ordinal     Function Name
feff            ernel32.dll
0458        asdkfjhaksf ( some junk)
feff            again some junk....
edc9       junk... junk.. junk...

    etc... etc.. through out the Import Table list... my machine is free
from viruses.. I have also checked my user32.dll, kernel32.dll and other
dlls thru Quick View they are absolutely fine.
Can anybody know why this is happening ? or am I doing anything wrong or
forgot anything to include ? totally confused!
