EMPTY REPORT

I have my quick report with a band on a form. At runtime I create an
instance of the form, I add some labels, and expression components to the
band. When I ask for preview every thing works perfectly but when I ask for
printing the printer just pull the paper, keeps it for few seconds then give
it out without printing any thing on it. Sometimes it doesn't even pull the
paper. the printer is fine, I tried a fresh new application with qr and
runtime added labels and it prints correctly! What parameters might causes
this to happen?
