Not really, because...

(a) I'm not using the tpfree components... I was a customer of
Turbopower before they withdrew from the market
(b) the Mozilla license is widely acknowledged to be unenforceable. It
is a catch-all to prevent any unscrupulous user of a freeware source
item from modifying the same, patenting or copyrighting it and trying to
hold the open source community to ransom.
(c) I've got better things to do!

yes, Turbo Power components are free, but if you develop commercial 
programms you should read Mozilla Public License 1.1 (MPL 1.1)
