Hi All, I also agree with Benno that it looks like Topaz is sorta 'dead' with no recent updates and that is a shame since I totally use it for my database stuff in all my apps. Also, it looks like the latest release for D7 does not include the database stuff. Can anyone confirm this and possibly explain why? What's so different with the database stuff in D7? Having the source code for the Topaz stuff will probably not help me when I try to upgrade to the next version of Delphi since NET is the big thing and I don't have a clue about it. I've also been hesitant to move to D7. I did purchase the Developer Express Grid components awhile back but have never been able to actually use it! At this point in time, its still too complicated for me. But I have used some of their other components that came with the package, expecially a very nice checkbox and background component for my splash screens :) I have thought about the Woll2Woll stuff but I've been hesitant because of the cost and the fact that I'm not able to use the Express Grid. It seems to me that the more complicated a component is, the more it is necessary to have current support. My biggest fear is not being able to upgrade my apps when I upgrade Delphi, not to mention the need to upgrade stuff because of M$ changing the operating system.
