TZF - Email from Delphi App

This is not a Topaz question, but I 
thought some of you might have
had experience with such.

I need to send an email from
inside of a Delphi application.  I
have a table with email addresses 
and I would like to automate the 
sending of a standard email to
several (based on a filter) of
these addresses.
